1) With Service Providers

We may share your personal data with trusted service providers who perform services on our behalf, including administrative support, IT services, website and platform hosting, payment processing, business management, analytics, content management, lead generation, fraud prevention, and marketing activities.

2) With Other Users of the Services

  • If you are a Recruit Participant and you apply for or participate in a Project, your information, including any sensitive data contained in your profile, will be disclosed to the Researcher who posted the Project. By participating, you expressly consent to this disclosure.
  • If you are a Researcher posting a Project, your information may be disclosed to Participants confirmed for your Project, depending on your preferences.
  • Additionally, the Services may include features, such as messaging tools, that allow you to voluntarily share information directly with other users.

3) With Partner Organizations and Advertisers

Our Services may integrate third-party plugins, widgets, or other integrations that may collect data about you and place cookies or similar tracking mechanisms on your device. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies, not ours.

We may also disclose your information to advertising partners and social media platforms to help identify and reach users and audiences with targeted advertising.

4) For Legal Compliance and Protection

We may disclose your personal data when required by law or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:
